Im a mum of 3 children and due to various circumstances I have ended up with urinary incontinence. I like to stay active but find it hard when products on the market are so bulky. The Poise pads however offer excellent comfort, absorbency and breathability. Despite being super absorbent, they’re slim, discreet and stay in place. They keep you dry and the breathable backing prevents overheating. Odour control is also impressive. Perfect for everyday confidence with bladder leaks. Highly recommend.

The regular pads are pretty well perfect, they are the right length, thickness is good for light leakage, the ones with wings which I had were also great because they stayed in place, they didn’t lose stickiness and fall off either
